You know when you're sick, and you forget stuff? Even super good, awesomely happy stuff? Well, maybe you don't but I do, and today I had the most wonderful "surprise"!
I knew I had made a fabric order, and was waiting impatiently for it to arrive, but had forgotten what I had ordered. (Is this possible? Apparently so.) It arrived this morning (yet again, I was in my bathrobe - what on earth must the postman be thinking?), and I opened it up to see this.
Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, oh my goodness! I have been longing for this Happy Campers fabric for ages. I would go over to the site, look at it all, put it in my shopping cart, then close the window and carefully walk away. One day, however, there was a happy intersection of sale fabric and free shipping, and I just couldn't resist!
Just look at that wonderful fabric! Look at the little camper! Look at the happy children! The trees! The tents! Oh my goodness, oh my goodness...
That is too cute for words! What is it going to become? You should keep a scrap and frame it in a shadow box.
Sorry you've been under the weather. I hope you're feeling better. (Of course you are ! How can you not feel better faced with this fabric?)

OMG OMG OMG it's so cute. Reminds me of the jack and jill storybooks I read when I was a kid. Wonder what you're going to do with it. Hope you feel better soon!

That is completely adorable! I'm heading straight over to the website to see it for myself. The scenes alone would make great framed art for a kids room or really sweet cloth book for babies.
